CRTC and Kellogg Canada, Inc. settle alleged CASL violation

Kellogg Canada and Canadian CRTC reach settlement on alleged CASL violation stemming from third party service providers activities. The CRTC alleged that Kellogg/its third party service providers sent messages to recipients without the consent of those recipients, in violation of CASL.
