EU DPA's indicate they will not challenge Privacy Shield for one year

The Article 29 Working Party pledged a moratorium on challenging Privacy Shield for one year. They do plan to raise any issues at the time of the first annual review.

The Department of Commerce has published its new Privacy Shield website

The U.S. Department of Commerce launched its Privacy Shield website, where businesses can begin self-certifiying to Privacy Shield Aug. 1.
