The agreement reached Tuesday by Target Corp. and Visa Inc. to reimburse card issuers for as much as $67 million for costs stemming from the retailer's 2013 cyberbreach is the largest single settlement of a data security litigation to date and could set a precedent for future deals, attorneys said.
