AOL "CON:B1" errors explained

We learned today that AOL updated its spam rules earlier today, and as a result a number of our members’ customers were seeing “CON:B1” errors.  Members say that AOL has tacitly acknowledged that the update may have been overaggressive, and that it is in the process of putting a fix in to mitigate the large volume of resulting bounces.
